In the UK , New Year's Eve for me is usually celebrated with friends. This year we have JT's daughter MT . This is my first time celebrating it with her as previous years i have been away from england and JT has MT alternate years with his ex. Anyways we still brought MT to our friends party whom is very accomodating and also tries to entertain MT. Bless em'.
We didnt planned much for this New Year as saving up , but it was great to catch up with friends whom we last seen in the summer. Not much drinking as anticipated althought there were loads of champagne , mixers etc.. I have caught a very bad cold so was feeling really under the weather but manage to participate in most games. Games played were pictionary man , pictionary mania and articulate.

Lots of Love ,
When the clock turns back ,you know that winter is here. Boo-Hoo.

So time to get your ugg boots out for those who have one , for those who don't go get one!
Its the ultimate must in every girls wardrobe. Its so comfy and keeps your tootsie' s warm. I can't emphasize how good it is. It may look ugly at first but once you wear it , its lush.
I have owned two pairs now and of course been conned by the fake and now owning a genuine one.Yay!
As you know the prices for a pair of Ugg boots is expensive. They range from £150 - £250. So like all normal people , i look for bargains and sales and especially the old faithful EBAY.
I must agree there are many fake ones out there. This is from experience on ebay. Was so angry that i found out it was fake but still manage to do its job.
However if you got the money to invest in some genuine ones. Here are some few tips i found that would be usefull especially if you are buying UGG boots online /ebay.
I was lucky that i got a genuine one from ebay this time with much effort of hunting it everyday for the past few weeks which includes the official care kit.

Rights first steps in identifying FAKE & GENUINE Ugg boots : -

  1. UGG Australia Classic tall & short boots are made in China - NOT Australia or New Zealand
  2. Most fakes have lots of them for sale if you browse at their 'other item' section
  3. Uggs are Manufactured by Deckers Inc. They have been making them in China for the past 3 years. They used to make them in Australia and New Zealand but have not for 3 years or more.
  4. Fake Uggs do not run a size larger as the real uggs do.
  5. The Black Uggs have a black Sole and a Black Label with Ugg in white. The fake have tan soles and a brown label.
  6. Deckers Uggs do not have any tags hanging from them.
  7. They do not have a Blue Label and there is never a mention of Snow Boots or any Brown Protection Bag
  8. Very good fake which has light brown pinned on tags that say "made by CGM Co Ltd".
  9. Genuine Deckers UGG boot has real sheepskin fur on the interior. Its fluffy looking and also thicker and a rich cream colour. The fake uses synthetic 'fur', is slightly grey, thinner and also small pieces of the 'fur' come away when rubbed.
The next step is to keep your Ugg Boots clean and prestine. There are two videos here that i think are pretty good. This link here which i think its the best will show you how to do so and also the one posted below . Enjoy.

    Lotsa Love,
As i am gearing up for a 32 mile bike ride. Having important clothing and equipment is vital and important. Recently have been wearing ordinary workout gear and its useless. Definitely need extra padding for my bottom. So after looking through so many types of cycling shorts i have decided to go with the 3/4 type. Because of peference and protection it will give me such as , keeping me warm from the wind & stinging nettles. So after going through Snow and Rock , Wiggle , Sweaty Betty , Ebay and SheActive and finally found *the pair* i wanted. Its from SheActive.

enter “okoutdoors”
as the promotion code to receive your 15 per cent discount.I hope this promotional doesnt expire. It sure did help me save money especially when i am so broke and credit crunch time.
Enjoy people
Love,

This make is from CRAFT. (They currently sponsoring team SAXO Bank for the Tour de France 2009) Anyways my shorts are called the lightning knicker which has a cycling knicker fitted with an internal chamois and wide elastic leg grip.
I have also bought a sport thong to go with it cause underwears need to be dry fit or else you get a sweaty bottom and its kinda gross. Wet undergarment..urgh!

Now , buying online has its advantages, you will be able to get promotional / discounted codes but you will have to search for them am afraid. Despite in the verge of giving up and proceeding to checkout, i manage to finally found it !!!WOO WOO

am indeed a happy girl. thank you all.
Lots of love,
This one is for the Girls,

JT and I have been together 21 months now and he still hasnt said the word I love you.

Why? well a question that i always try to understand and ponder. I asked him and he said Dont you think its better when I meant it? ...Men..utterly frustrating!!!

Sometimes he says Love you darling when i have to go get his injections where its far for him to walk and I will go get it for him and he appreciates it lots so guess thats when he say I love i suppose.

Anyways an article for you to think about it.

Q: I’ve been dating this guy for almost a year. He is the perfect man for me. I truly love him. Through the things we do and say, it’s implied that we were meant to be with each other. For example, I designed a cake and got him a gift that said "I love you" on it. He acts like he loves me and will never leave me.

A: Two things seem to be going on. First, you might be experiencing some unrealistic expectations. You referred to your partner as truly the perfect man for me, yet you also describe behavior that doesn’t seem to suggest all things are indeed perfect – such as him never saying he loves you. We must have standards for a partner, but they shouldn’t be idealized.
Soul mates are never perfect. Even the strongest relationships involve some give and take. You might be demonstrating black-and-white thinking, which is not uncommon in women because they tolerate less ambiguity then men. Seeing things this way has advantages in some situations and disadvantages in others.

In your situation, you should honestly ask yourself if he truly never expresses his feelings, or is it more the case that he simply just does not say the words “I love you” enough for your personal taste and expectations.

The second issue might be involved differing communication styles between men and women. In healthy relationships, men might not say “I love you” because they sometimes feel their actions speak louder than words or they feel some discomfort verbally expressing love due to their upbringing. It’s important to understand that actions and words go together because they reinforce each other.
However, in unhealthy relationships, arguing over how many times he says this phrase is a sure sign that there are deeper issues in the relationship – most likely it’s a control issue.

While it’s a control tactic for women to insist that men express themself through these specific words, it’s also a power play for men to withhold precisely the phrase that means so much to women. Each party is guilty of putting the individual agenda first, before the needs of the other person and the relationship as a whole.

Whatever “I love you” symbolizes for you needs to be expressed and discussed. His interpretation also needs to be discussed. Chances are good that your two expectations are not the same, and both of you are worried about the implications of the presence or absence of these words in terms of emotional involvement and long-term commitment.

Women would do well to acknowledge and appreciate other ways their partners express love and devotion. As action-oriented beings, men naturally show their love by doing things for their partners. This form of expression is just as valid.
The first step is for you to ease your frustration by talking openly about your concerns with him. It sounds like you have been hesitant to do this because you are afraid he might say he does not love you.

Remember relationships are risk-taking ventures. It’s better to know the status of your relationship then to assume what it is and then have the both of you experience unspoken, but crippling tension. When you talk to him remember to not sound like you are blaming him. Rather, simply try to understand some of his behaviors that confuse you, and make sure those sentiments come across.

The second step for you is to put aside any idealized standards of your partner that you might have and then thoughtfully listen to what he has to say. Lasting relationships are built over time; they are not instantly made via a soul mate connection. Keep that in mind and enjoy the process of building a relationship with your partner.

Hope that helps for those who are wondering why he doesnt say it. Dont worry , you are not the only one out there. Just act cooly and take it lightly. Better love yourself then expect someone to love you right?

Lots of Love,
